About Us

The Story of Smart Pest Control

Founded on March 2, 2017, Smart Pest Control Ltd. started with a single hand-carry kit, a few bait stations, and a modest Ford Fiesta. Our founder, Chetin Karadja, launched the business after managing operations in the pest control sector for over two years. Recognizing an industry too often focused on quick turnover rather than lasting solutions, he set out to build an extermination service grounded in integrity, accountability, and genuine customer care.

What began as a zero-capital venture has evolved into a premier pest management provider serving thousands of residential and commercial properties. We combine field-tested extermination techniques with modern monitoring systems to eliminate infestations at the root—delivering safe, targeted, and fully guaranteed pest control across the region.

The most professional and hard working pest control company I have had the chance to deal with. They will not stop until your problem is solved and offer very reasonable prices with complete transparency about what they are doing to tackle the problem. I cannot stress enough not to use any other company other than this one.

Fantastic experience working with this company. They were here within 48 hours of us contacting them, arrived punctually at the scheduled time, quickly identified the source of the problem and set about fixing it. We could not have been more impressed with the service that Ozzy provided.

Outstanding service. Greeted by a friendly chap on the phone that goes through all the price options. Then a pest control turn up (on time), thoroughly go through the room with a steamer and commercial grade spay. I must admit I tried using a few sprays from Amazon, they didn't work. They then came back for second visit and repeated the same exercise again. Very friendly and professional service from beginning to end. I highly recommend them and would be my goto for pest control in future. A+++++

Ozzie provided an excellent pest control service. He was extremely thorough, carefully checking every part of the house to identify any potential issues. He took the time to properly seal and plug entry points, which gave us real confidence that the problem was being handled at its source. He also placed bait strategically and explained what he was doing throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Ozzie spent over an hour making sure everything was covered, and his attention to detail really stood out. Overall, a very professional and diligent service. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable pest control.

Ozzy arrived on time and was very friendly. He understood my problem right away and was very quick at getting started and getting on with resolving my issue. He was very thorough and went under all appliances and kick boards. He even filled in some extra holes for me too. I'd happily use Smart Pest Control again and I'd happily have Ozzy in my home again. Great work, mate.
